1. What is the venue for the conference?

The Conference is going to be held at Mumbai Convention Center.

2. What is the Agenda for the Conference?

Agenda for the conference will be uploaded shortly on the website. You may visit www.iaccconranchi.org to check the agenda.

3. Who should attend the Conference?

Cardiologits, Physicians, General Practitioners, IACC Member, PG Student, Donor Recruiter, Technician, Nurse and Non-Member of IACC, Corporate Representative related to the field.

4. How far is the conference venue from airport?

The conference venue is located 15 km away from the International Airport, Mumbai.

5. How many attendees will be at my conference?

500-600 pax


6. When and where can I register?

Online Registration for the IACCCON is open till 15 th April 2018. The detailed registration fee structure is available on the website and you can check the same as well as register for the conference by http://www.iaccconmumbai.org/ or clicking on the online registration option given on the conference website. On-site registration is also available at the conference.

7. How much does it cost to attend?

There are various date bound fee slabs for the conference registration and details of the same can be obtained by visiting http://www.iaccconmumbai.org/.

8. How should I pay for the conference?

Payment can be made through a. Credit Card. b. Cheque / DD drawn in favour of IACC Maharastra payable at Mumbai 2018.

Corporate cards are not authorized

11. What is included in my registration fee and what is extra?

13. Can I bring a guest to the conference?

Yes. You may register a guest for the conference while registering yourself

14. Can my spouse attend the conference and if yes, what are the charges?

Yes. You can register your spouse under accompanying guest tab. The charges for the same will depend on which category you will register

15. How do I make accommodation booking?

There is an accommodation page while registering for the conference. You can block the hotel according to your requirement and pay the same at the time of check out at hotel. Please visit (http://www.iaccconmumbai.org/).


16. How do I submit an abstract for the conference?

Abstracts must be submitted through the online abstract submission page (http://www.iaccconmumbai.org/ ).

17. Who is eligible to submit an abstract?

We encourage anyone who has area of interest in the field of Clinical Cardiology to submit their abstract.

18. When can I submit an abstract?

The IACCCON abstract submission is already open and you can submit the same by visiting http://www.iaccconmumbai.org/. Abstracts are reviewed by the Scientific Program Committee.


19. How can I sponsor the conference?

Send an email to office@accindia.org. Based on your query we will send you a list of available sponsorship opportunities.

20. Special Needs: Special services for disabled people?

If you have any special needs, disabilities, and/or dietary restrictions that we may address to make your participation at our events more enjoyable, please do let us know when registering.

21. What about medical facilities at venue?

Doctor on call will be available.
